The services of specialised tradesmen are enlisted to advise on issues such as structural and sealant defects. We provide an indicative report with photo references, remedial advice and indicative costs to help you manage your building condition, and yearly budgets. This also assists to manage occupational Health and Safety issues arising from building defects. A Building Facade Defect Report identifies problems with windows, seals, frames, visible concrete facade walls, water-proofing membranes and other visible defects.
A comprehensive report is provided with recommendations in order of priority. If any serious issues are noted they are reported immediately.
